Company Profile
Chef du' Jour celebrates 24 years, with roots back to the San Francisco Bay
Area. Chef John gained his culinary experience through the California
Culinary Academy, as well as hands on experience and by listening to the wants
and needs of his customers. Together with his partner, wife and co-Chef
Jeannette, they bring years of experience and quality to each and every
event. We're all about each of you and your needs, not ours.

NOTES:
Client agrees that upon acceptance of any bid that location, and all
items listed in the final contract will be set.
Upon acceptance of a bid, client agrees to deposit the sum of at
least 50% or as listed above of the total event, with the balance due 5
days prior to the event or as stated above. All deposits are refundable up
to 120 days prior to the event with a 20% refund fee, after said date
deposits are non-refundable. Deposit refunds are processed approximately
30 days after notice of cancellation and are subject to refund fees, bank
charges and any damages sustained by the service provider herein named.
At the option of the client, additions and subtractions can be made
up until 2 days prior to the event. Additions/Subtractions/Changes
2 days prior to the event will be subject to an additional 5% to 10%
surcharge per item. Additions/Subtractions
less than 2 days of the event will be subject to a 40% surcharge per
item/change/addition/subtraction.
Client understands that Chef du’ Jour, LLC will do it’s best to
ensure pricing locks on rentals however, client does bear the burden of
any and all amounts due for rental items named herein and bears all
expense due on this and any and all future billings, if any.
Client additionally understands that this agreement is binding and
cancellation thereon during the services period is payable at 50% of the
amount indicated herein for per person pricing, plus tax and gratuity and
is considered as earned by the service provider herein. Client, if
applicable, is responsible and bears all liability for providing alcohol
and holds harmless said service provider of any and all liability for the
same. Within 3 but no more
than 6 days prior to said event, Chef du’ Jour shall provide all
insurance, bonds, etc. to client and if applicable to the venue and
client, as needed . Should a
dispute arise between the parties hereto, both parties agree to resolve
any issues between the two parties. In
the event that the parties can not agree, mediation shall be the resulting
term of settlement, at the expense of the client, if any and if
applicable. This and any
agreement/confirmation shall be regulated by the laws of the State of
Arizona. All events are licensed when applicable through the
appropriate licensing authorities. To suggest otherwise would be in
violation of the law. Fairs, Festivals and Events are "special
events" and in as much are licensed per event. We operate in
every lawful manner provided by the State, County and Cities we do
business in.
